BOOKING CONDITIONS

To confirm a booking, a non-returnable deposit of £150 per week must be sent to us. Please make cheques payable to Martin J Patrick. Thereafter, we require 50% of the balance of the total rental three months in advance. The final rental payment should be sent to us two months before departure

CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be confirmed in writing. If the booking is cancelled we will do our utmost to re let the weeks for you. If this is not possible you must consider the payment forfeit and only returnable in part, at our discretion. It is therefore essential that personal travel insurance, including cancellation insurance, is arranged for all members of the party. Please note that the use of the accommodation and the facilities including the swimming pool, is entirely at the user's risk.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The refundable Security Deposit must be sent to us a minimum of two weeks before departure, £200. Cheques payable to Martin J Patrick please. This deposit is intended to protect us against breakage, damage or extra cleaning. The client is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as found at the commencement of the holiday. We will refund your deposit (less any damage costs) within three weeks of your return. We much prefer any minor breakages to be replaced by you with something similar, and then to return your deposit in full. Please report any problem and/or breakage to our maid/managers.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

All clients must arrive after 4.00 pm and depart by 10.00 am please.
Only the persons mentioned on the booking form may stay at the property and the number may not exceed the max. occupancy.

Travel Arrangements

A car is a great advantage in rural Tuscany. There are a large number of car hire companies at Pisa airport, including Avis, Hertz, Budget, Eurodollar and Holiday Autos. Sky Cars offer discounted hire terms. Tel: 01923 835 317 or www.skycars.co.uk.

FLIGHTS

There are scheduled flights daily direct to Pisa from Gatwick with British Airways, Easyjet and Ryan Air from Stansted. Alitalia (Meridiana) fly to Florence. Other flights charter and scheduled, are offered on a regular basis from Gatwick, Luton, Manchester and Glasgow.
